Terms and Conditions
1. A 50% deposit is required for invoice bookings. For online bookings, a $200 deposit (half-day tours) or $300 deposit (full-day tours) is required. All deposits are applied toward the final balance.
2. Once the tour date, itinerary, and guest numbers are confirmed via invoice/itinerary, no changes to the itinerary or guest numbers will be permitted.
3. If participants withdraw after confirmation and have not paid their portion, a $75 per person administration fee will apply and remain payable. No refunds are permitted once the balance of a tour has been paid in full. Exceptions may be considered only in extreme circumstances at management discretion.
4. All invoices for tours containing less than 10 participants must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the tour date. Tours with 10+ participants must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the tour date. Bucks/Hens parties must be paid in full no less than 28 days prior to the tour date. Late payment of invoices will void the contract and the tour will be cancelled unless prior communication has been made.
5. Tours require a minimum of 4 people. In the event that a tour does not have the required number of people, the cost of the difference of missing passengers will be invoiced to the person making the initial booking.
6. In the event that your chosen tour date has to be postponed due to illness, please contact Mudgee Ale Trail PTY LTD to discuss another tour on a mutually acceptable date.
7. All booking fees associated with a particular tour will be passed onto the person booking, via invoice once the itinerary has been confirmed. Please note that Mudgee Ale Trail PTY LTD is in no way affiliated with the relevant licenced venues, all fees are directly related to booking fees for tours.
8. All advertised tour prices are NON inclusive of tasting fees. These fees are payable to each venue visited on the day, with the exception of those venues that charge an upfront booking fee which is passed onto the participants via the invoice.
9. Mudgee Ale Trail PTY LTD is not a licensed provider of alcohol, and participants are responsible to exercise their own judgement in relation to any alcohol consumption prior to, during or after the tour with Mudgee Ale Trail PTY LTD. Notwithstanding this, Mudgee Ale Trail PTY LTD will reserve the right to:
(a) remove me from the vehicle, or prohibit me entering the vehicle at any time in the event that, in the opinion of the relevant representative of Mudgee Ale Trail PTY LTD, I am showing signs of intoxication or am engaging in any behaviour which a representative of Mudgee Ale Trail PTY LTD deems to be abusive, offensive, illegal or unsafe for myself, fellow passengers or representatives of Mudgee Ale Trail PTY LTD.
10. Subject to any laws to the contrary, all passengers accept full responsibility for their actions and safety when entering, exiting or travelling in any vehicles and will release and indemnify Mudgee Ale Trail PTY LTD in respect of any claims, suits, or actions which may be brought against Mudgee Ale Trail PTY LTD by me or any other passengers as a result of any act or omission by me whilst entering, exiting, or travelling in the vehicle or otherwise engaging the services of Mudgee Ale Trail PTY LTD.
11. In the event that a dog is requested to board Mudgee Ale Trail PTY LTD vehicles, the owner must contact Mudgee Ale Trail PTY LTD via email PRIOR to the tour to confirm that the dog will be accepted on the tour. A refundable fee of $200 per animal will be requested and returned within 24hrs after the tour providing there are NIL incidents. Mudgee Ale Trail PTY LTD will reserve the right to:
(a) refuse any dog that is not under the owners control at all times and leashed;
(b) refuse any dog that is not toilet trained;
(c) refuse any dog that is causing a nuisance to other passengers or the driver;
(d) charge the owner of the dog cleaning fees of $500 in the event the dog
defecates or urinates in the vehicle.
(e) charge the owner of the dog 100% of the cost of any repairs to replace/mend
any damage caused by the dog.
12. In the event that a passenger vomits in the vehicle, a cleaning fee of $500 will be charged to the offending person.
13. By participating in a tour, all participants consent to Mudgee Ale Trail capturing photos during the tour and using these photos for promotional purposes.
14. All bookings made for tours on Public Holidays will incur a 15% surcharge.
15. By paying the invoice, participants acknowledge that they are fit to get in and out of
all of Mudgee Ale Trail vehicles and can negotiate steps and walking 200m at a time.
16. Gift vouchers are NOT redeemable for cash/refunds. All gift vouchers with the exception of free/fundraising gift vouchers and have a 3 year expiry from the date of purchase as per NSW government gift card laws.
